Stephen specialises in the acquisition and sale of residential development and investment sites. Stephen has an impressive record of sales credits in his many years with the Company. Stephen regularly sells property in the multi-million dollar category and his most successful sale to date was a very complex amalgamation of properties that sold for $8 million.

In 2002, Stephen was awarded the coveted ‘Qld Salesperson of the Year’ prize from the Leading Agents of Australia for sales totalling in excess of $27 million for that year alone. Twenty years experience running his own Company prior to his entry into the real estate industry has given Stephen an extremely strong foundation from which to further grow his burgeoning sales career. Stephen is very adept to change and the use of technology in real estate.
